2. Ambassador Motorcycle Powerhouse Museum Collection
Motorcycle, part and MAAS stand, Ambassador, 200 cc, two stroke, Ambassador Motorcycles Ltd, Berkshire, UK [1949] (OF). Single cylinder vertical two stroke engine with fly wheel dymamo for auxiliary power, 200cc. Twist grip throttle, solid rubber hand grips and speedometer. Bulb horn and rubber tyres, chain guard. Drum brakes to the front and rear. Adjustable front friction shock absorber. The rear reflector is located on the number plate bracket. Headlight is by Villiers of Wolverhampton. Includes a tool box, front stand and a midframe stand. Finish includes a silver petrol tank with Ambassador painted in blue with red fine lining. Mud guards have been painted black. Number plate has been removed. -1 Motorcycle -X MAAS support stand
