I've not purchased anything from these guys (yet), but I've contacted them a couple times with questions and they always get back to you. They even encourgaed me to call the shop. I'm sure I'll use them in the future.

These guys rock!! Customer service is incredible, actually can talk to a live person! Unique,hard to find Sportster parts. It made my day when I found these guys! Highly recommended
