After reading some of the comments above I was a little leery on buying a kit. I went ahead and bought the trike kit. It was the best looking, and best priced on the web. Santiago's staff helped my husband with all his questions. I love my trike!!!

I have purchased one of these peoples dyna Trike conversion kits. I had a tough time putting everything together, but every time I called them up with questions they would be answered, or some one would call me back with an answer. I rate the parts, customer service, and patience of Santiago Chopper a 10/10.

I bought a Trike kit, and had thousands of questions when I contacted these people, and had no problems at all. Of cousrse there will be issues with building a custom bike, they must be watching alot of OCC.

These folks are full of promises and if you do business with them outside of Florida… Good Luck! I have been trying to get repair parts from them for the last year. I have received nothing but empty promises and found (locally) parts that I had to make work just to get on the road again. Most of their parts come from the Netherlands and are extremely hard to locate in the USA… Regretfully I too purchased one of their trike kits. Fenders were a joke… Just to remove a rear tire, a complete tear down of the problematic side is required. Including those under-rated rear brakes being Brembo Caliper as used on most Ducati and Moto Guzzi in the 90's. A 32mm brake! They recommend using (rear tires) tires with 12” width to fill those rear fenders. Remember, your life depends on stopping… BE AWARE OF THIS PROBLEM BEFORE CLIMBING ON THEIR TRIKES!

I purchased a softail tike kit and rear finder kit from these folks… I have noticed that many of the items on the rear-end have been machined wrong on the wheel hubs and they sent finders that were miss-matched with different radiuses across the top. The finders also had the mounting holes predrilled to high causing the finders to kick up on the outer edges over an inch. It’s obvious that they sent me their rejects and figured that if I was going to build it I could straighten out their mess. Buyers beware!

Their spare parts service is extremely poor, almost nonexistent. Do not depend on them if you buy any of their products and expect service or repair parts.
