STX1300 Pan European Test 2002

At last, Honda has delivered what it hopes is an even better Pan European, the entirely new STX1300. Kevin Ash reports

It took more than five years to complete the project to replace the existing ST1100 Pan European tourer, a full two years longer than the gestation period for most new Hondas. The original was so good it was still setting the class standards more than a dozen years after its introduction, so Honda simply felt no urgent need to update or replace it.
