we had nothing but help from the man, he went out of his way
find out shipping times before you book next time or pay excess baggage & carry your bike back!

Owner is your best mate until you pay him. Then the arrogance, lies & rudeness take over. Ten weeks for a bike from NZ to Aus, then deliberately left luggage for many bikes in NZ "until they rang up & complained". Makes Basil Fawlty look like a gentleman.
