Peugeot's new Looxor 2001 - Review

Scooters with big wheels don't have a happy image in Britain. Memories of gran wobbling off to the Co-op at 14mph in a Mobylette-induced splutter of two-stroke fumes, reinforced by terrifying near misses with pizza delivery bikes that have been crashed so often they look as if Picasso designed them, have relegated the breed to the compartment marked "very uncool".
